Note: The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator: (a) The Shootist Pistol Range: On or about January 13, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, or claustrophobia due to not being medically cleared to wear respirators prior to performing tasks requiring use of an N-95 Filtering Facepiece respirator or full-face Air Purifying Respirator.
