29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) The Shootist Pistol Range, Inc. 2980 S. Galapago St Englewood, CO 80110: On or about October 20, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to ingestion hazards due to a housekeeping program which did not effectively keep surfaces as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. The Shootist Pistol Range, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1405068, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 2980 S. Galapago St Englewood, CO 80110.
