29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder a) On or about 01/13/17, during the Monroe BOCES 2 Capital Improvement Project at 3599 Big Ridge Road, in Spencerport, New York, a step ladder in use in a doorway was not secured or barricaded to prevent displacement and exposed an employee to fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
