Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about January 18, 2017 an employee was not protected by a complete guardrail system while working from a metal framed scaffold, exposing the employee to a fall of 18.1 feet. R. D. Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167270, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 333 N. Ogden Ave. Chicago, IL 60607. R. D. Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 901878 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 8125 West 171t St. Tinley Park IL Chicago, IL 60477. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
