An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on May 10, 2017.    Abatement documentation is required for this item.

Summit Milk Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1120852, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/16, with respect to a workplace located at 61 Swift Street, Waterloo, NY.

This case was not recorded on the company's 2016 OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log.  b)  Summit Milk  Products, LLC, on or about 12/01/16:  An employee received a second degree thermal burn to their upper extremity that resulted in medical treatment.  This case was not recorded on the company's 2016 OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log.
