29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Summit Milk Products, LLC, on or about 9/19/17: In the Chemical Storage Area, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Employees handle injurious corrosive materials such as but not limited to: AFCO 5249 Scrubbie, containing sodium hydroxide; AFCO 4325 Per-Ox, containing hydrogen Peroxide and Peroxyacetic acid; AFCO 5380 Poni Acid, containing nitric acid and phosphoric acid.
