29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about January 19, 2017; the walking-working surfaces in the greenhouse tomato aisles and pack house floor exposed employees to slip and trip hazards in the following instances. a) Rail mounts were not flush to the ground in 69 aisles. b) Protruding pipes in aisles #19 and #122. c) Cart Rails not level on sidewalk in aisles 29 and 40. d) Greenhouse sidewalk and Pack house floor have 31 cracks. e) Water spills/leaks in 27 aisles.
