29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment used to support scaffold platforms were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about January 17, 2017 at an apartment complex construction site, an employee was allowed to stand on and work from a wooden trash basket that was elevated on the forks a forklift that was not designed for such use per the manufacturers operations manual. The employee was exposed to the hazard of falls.
