29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter: On or about January 24, 2016, the employer maintained fire extinguishers for employee use at the facility without providing an educational program to train employees on the principles of fire extinguisher use in the workplace and the hazards associated with incipient stage firefighting at the time of initial employment and at least annually.
