1926.503(a)(2) The employer shall assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the following areas: At the time of the inspection, employees may not have received documented refresher or reinforcement training addressing each of the subjects identified in 29 C.F.R. � 1926.503(a)(2)(i)?(viii). Worksite located at 1815 S.
