WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(10) AND 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1083677, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, GROUP A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 606-A BOLL WEEVIL CIRCLE, ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 897909, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1,  AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 21, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2041 W BEACH BLVD, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA.
