(b) Facility, Testing Laboratory: On or before January 12, 2017, employee(s) were exposed to amputation and/or struck-by hazards while operating the SATEC Systems, Inc., sample press in that safe guarding was not provided while conducting sample exchanges and calibration. (c) Facility, Testing Laboratory: On or before January 12, 2017, employee(s) were exposed to amputation and/or struck-by hazards while operating the Instron sample press in that safe guarding was not provided while conducting sample exchanges and calibration.
