On or about January 26, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the shop, West exit door in the fiberglass work area, the exit route leading to the door was obstructed by industrial-sized fixtures such as, but not limited to restaurant sinks. This exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): All lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lamp holder with a guard. Brass shell, paper-lined sockets, or other metal-cased sockets may not be used unless the shell is grounded. On or about January 26, 2017, in the shop bathroom, the fluorescent light fixture was not protected by a cover to prevent accidental breakage of the lamps. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
