29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a- 541 Lake Drive, Princeton NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when installing the sill plates onto the top of a residential structure's foundation wall without the use of any fall protection. These employees had not received fall hazard recognition and minimization training from the company. Condition noted on or about 1/25/17. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
