Condition noted on or about 4/12/17.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

RKC Construction Corporation &/or Dynabuild Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1205345, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/17, with respect to a workplace located at 541 Lake Drive, Princeton NJ.
