29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On the south side of the construction site, employees performing framing activities without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 60 feet. The J.J. Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1074370, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/14/2015 with a final abatement date of 8/14/2015, respect to a workplace located at 2620 Cherry Lane, Fort Worth, Texas 76116.
