On or about January 25, 2107: a) In the production area where employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards when operating a Bliss single hinge punch press #A without a guard. b) In the production area where employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards when operating Bliss strike plate press without an adequate guard. c) In the production area where employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards when operating the Danly notch press, Unit 13 without an adequate guard. d) In the production area where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when operating the Danly notch press, Unit 14 without an adequate guard. Frameworks Manufacturing Inc was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.212 (a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 905778, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/11/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3801 Yale Street, Houston, Texas.
