29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a) At or about January 31, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 1204 Aux Arch Park Road in Ozark, Arkansas, employees were observed wearing half-piece respirators with facial hair that interfered with sealing surface. This condition exposed employees to inhalation hazards.
