29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about 12/01/16, during the construction project at the former Sibley tower located on 25 Franklin Street in Rochester, New York, employees working in the basement were exposed to live/energized equipment. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
