29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, ladders, equipment and building materials were not kept cleared from work areas and  passageways in and around buildings or other structures:   a)  On or about 02/06/18, during construction at the Seneca Park Zoo, located at 2222 St Paul Street, in Rochester, New York, a passageway used to gain access to the general contractors trailer from the construction/work-area was obstructed by ladders, building materials, equipment and plumbing/heating parts stored in the walkway.  No other walkway was available between the construction work area and the GC's trailer.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
