This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about January 25, 2017 and at times prior thereto, inside of the electrical room breaker cabinets/PLC cabinets for the kitchen 8/9 mezzanine there is blue insulation stored against the far wall of the room. This condition could hinder an employee trying to access the electrical cabinets in the event of an emergency.
