29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: At the Elko District Office: Employees were exposed to hazards associated with lead and other chemicals in that safety data sheets were not available for ammunition or glycol. The U.S Department Of The Interior, Bureau Of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1166304, citation number 2, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/14/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 702 North Industrial Way, Ely, NV 89301.
