29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: At the Elko District Ruby Mountain Hotshots: Employees were exposed to fire hazards in that the fire extinguishers had not been visually inspected the previous month. The U.S Department Of The Interior, Bureau Of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1087264, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 02/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1000 Scenic Loop Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89161.
