Employees are exposed to caught in between, crushed by, and amputation hazards.    On or about January 25, 2017, and at times prior there to, an employee operated the Wyson and Miles Co. sheer machine that had a guard that did not restrict access to the point of operation. The employee was exposed to caught in between, crushed by, and amputation hazards.
