OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crushing/pinch point hazard.    Lay up assembly line flange area:  On or about January 19, 2017, an employee engaged in pulling web was exposed to a struck-by /crushing hazard when he reached into the assembly line flange area to clean glue/debris from the focus eye lens. While the employee's hand was in flange area, the assembly line operator bumped the line up in preparation for start up resulting in the injury to the employee's right hand.
