29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1): Cutting heads of wood shaper(s) were not enclosed with a cage or adjustable guard so designed so as to keep the operator's hand away from the cutting edge: a) Line #2, Finish #2: On or about November 14, 2024 and prior to; the Sander/Side Head/Router cage was not fully enclosed on the west side. Operators had the ability to reach into the cage and access the router head to make adjustments and respond to upset conditions without having to perform lockout-tagout procedures.
