29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Employees engaged in metal fabrication work on wind tower sections were exposed to slip and trip hazards from power cords located through out the building.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Employees engaged in the metal fabrication and painting of wind towers were exposed to struck by hazards and chemical agents from not being provided adequate eye wash facilities throughout the establishment.
