Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a) Worksite: Employees were engaged in asbestos removal activities and were approaching the edge of the roof of the commercial building approximately 18 ft. above the ground without fall protection; on or about 1/19/17.  Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.   MICROTECH ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES CORPORATION was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 939151, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/24/13, with respect to a worksite located at 92-02 Atlantic Avenue in Woodhaven, NY.
