Unit #7 - Rack section E not bolted to the floor and the racking upright was side loaded with damaged shelves loaded with storage bins of paperwork and rug samples.  2. Unit #3 - Rack sections T, U, and V not bolted to the floor.  3. Unit #3 - Maintenance shop rack chemical and adhesive storage not bolted to the floor.
