29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: Location: Loading dock 8, rear stairwell. On or about 12/14/23, the employer did not ensure that a rear stairway was maintained in a safe condition. Employees were exposed to fall hazards on a set of concrete steps that were severely damaged.
