29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 2 February, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were working on the frame of a home under construction without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 18-20 feet. Southern Chills, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107510, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/22/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 11160 SW 225th Terrace, Miami, FL, 33130.
