29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): Stairs did not have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings;      a) F&K CI Press; On or about February 1, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall and trip hazards, in that the portable stairs used to access the F&K CI Press (Model 16S-8, Serial No 58256/3086) provided by the employer was installed with riser heights that were not uniform. One stair tread was also damaged and bent which contributed to the non-uniformity.
