On or about February 2, 2017: Employees working in the media room are exposed to chemical dust when mixing powdered chemicals in the area.  The employer did not ensure that the employees were fit tested prior to requiring them to use a half face respirator.

On or about February 2, 2017: Employees working in the media room are exposed to chemical dust when mixing powdered chemicals in the area.  The employer did not ensure that employees did not have facial hair that could interfere with the seal of the respirator.
