On or about February 8, 2017, the employer failed to provide adequate guarding on the two Pendu Machines (rip saw, Serial #U3981108451, and the Junior Pendu-no visible serial # for other, building #2) where employees are exposed to the inside of the saw hood from both ends during the process of feeding in a 7 ft. long by 3 in. wide piece of rounded wood (peeler cord) and receiving out the same product that has been cut/ripped in half by the machine.
