Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 25 minutes not sampled.

29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared:    The employer did not establish a baseline for employees within 6 months of an employee's first exposure.     a) On March 22, 2017, the Planer and Toaster Operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 228% of the permissible daily exposure (8-hour, time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or equivalently, a dose of 50 percent), during the 445 minute sampling period.   Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 35 minutes not sampled. The employee has been a temporary employee at the company for 3 years and has not received a audiogram.     b) On March 22, 2017, the Forklift and Toaster Operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 84% of the permissible daily exposure (8-hour, time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or equivalently, a dose of 50 percent), during the 469 minute sampling period.   Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 11 minutes not sampled. The employee has been a full time employee at the company for 4 years and has not received a audiogram.

29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:  The employer did not obtain a new audiogram annually for employees exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound levels of 85 dBA or greater (50% dose).   a) On March 22, 2017, the Train Operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 63.1% of the permissible daily exposure (8-hour, time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or equivalently, a dose of 50 percent), during the 463 minute sampling period.   Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 17 minutes not sampled. This employee had a lapse in time between audiograms. According to the employee he has been a temporary employee at the company for 26 years and its been over 10 years since having a audiogram.   b) On March 22, 2017, the Snow Fence Machine Operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 101.1% of the permissible daily exposure (8-hour, time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or equivalently, a dose of 50 percent), during the 479 minute sampling period.   Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 1 minutes not sampled. This employee had a lapse in time between audiograms. According to the employee he has been a full time employee at the company for 12 years and its been over 10 years since having a audiogram.
