Jobsite - On or about February 8, 2017, employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall while working on a 6:12 pitch roof without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a. Jobsite - On or about February 8, 2017 two tier high welded frame scaffolds did have baseplates. The scaffolds were used to elevate employees to the roof eave of a residential construction.
