29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end: (a) LADDER JACK SCAFFOLD AT FRONT OF BUILDING - Employees performed work from a ladder jack scaffold platform that was 24 feet long, and the ends of the platform on both sides of the supporting ladders extended approximately 46 inches past the support on each side, thereby exposing the employees to possible fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below, on or about February 14, 2017.
