29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Valspar Corporation, Covington, GA - In room #5, designated for line #5, dust from powders used in the manufacturing of ingredients for paint was classified as combustible. Excess of dust was accumulated on the duct work, beams, electrical equipment and building ledges of the room, on or about 2/14/2017. b) Valspar Corporation, Covington, GA - In room #1, designated for line #1, dust from powders used in the manufacturing of ingredients for paint was classified as combustible. Approximately 1/4 inch of dust was accumulated on the beams and building structures of the room, on or about 2/14/2017.

The medical evaluations records obtained and maintained by the employer had personal medical information which was more than the PLHCP recommendation on the employee's ability to use a respirator, on or about 2/14/2017.
