29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. (a) 1115 Slate Hill Road, Camp Hill Pennsylvania, Dock Shack - Employees enter the dock shack to receive assignments. The concrete block structure of the dock shack was damaged, in that blocks were displaced. The employer did not ensure that the shack would support the maximum intended load of the shack when damaged, on or about February 13, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
