29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). a) Facility, 285 Centerpoint Boulevard, Pittston, PA - Employees operated Raymond Model 8410 Electric Pallet Trucks (double pallet riders) to transport pallets of merchandise without certification of receiving formal training, practical training or an evaluation of their ability to safely operate the equipment possibly exposing employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards, as observed on or about February 15, 2017.
