29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On February 9, 2017, for employees exposed to caught in hazards and amputation hazards while using an unguarded drill press with gloves where one employee suffered hand injuries when his glove became entangled in the drill bit at the shop at or near 4350 48th Avenue North in Fargo, North Dakota.
