Building 4 - On or about February 15, 2017, employees were installing 2nd floor trusses while working from already installed floor trusses without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard. b) Building 6 - On or about February 15, 2017, employees were installing wood bracing around the edges of the 2nd floor without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard.
