On or about February 3, 2017, Employees performing framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard on a construction site in Rantoul, Illinois, and fall protection was not being used. Larry Hershberger dba PHD Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978955, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 68 E. Airport Road, Savoy, Illinois, 61874.
