29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: On or about 02/22/2017, at the St. Louis International Airport, Between Gates E18 and E20, the exit door on the north end of the hallway did not have a push-bar to allow the employees to exit without the use of security pod. The workers have to swipe their security access card to activate the door to open.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about 02/22/2017, the hallway located at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, between Gates E18 and E20 was not kept clean. On the date above pieces of drywall, water bottles and paper were left on the floor. In addition a puddle of water was observed on the floor near the exit door that exposed employees using the exit door to slip and fall hazard.
