29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: Employees working in and near the paint booth in Building 10, the Engine Rebuild Shop, were exposed to fire hazards in that storage cabinets, a trash bin, and chemicals were stored next to and within three (3) feet of the paint booth.
