Employee used this platform to gain access to the work platform.

Site: Front of building at 302 Herkimer Street, Brooklyn, NY 11216 On or about 2/23/2017 a) Employee worked on a tubular welded frame scaffold and it did not have safe means of access. Employee climbed the cross bars and frames to access the scaffold.
