In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification and documentation is required for this violation.  The Professional Building Systems, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1) or in the alternative 1910.132(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088963, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 72 East Market Street, Middleburg, PA.
