Dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided. Stone Shop floor adjacent to Waterjet - On or about February 27, 2017 employees loading/unloading stone pieces from the Waterjet with a hand held vacuum lifting device were exposed to falls on the same level when standing water on the floor was present.
