29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    (a) Location: 14 Casino Road, Marblehead, MA 01945.  On or about February 27, 2017, employees were not protected from falling while working on a roof greater than 11 feet in height above lower level.     HGM Industries was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection 976727, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Front Street, Marblehead, MA, 01945.
