29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 28, 2017, employees engaged in residential construction were not adequately protected from a fall from height greater than 6 feet at the worksite at 330 Ridge Rd. Hinckley, OH. 1). Two employees engaged in residential construction were exposed to a fall of 22 feet, while working at the leading edge of a roof. 2). One employee engaged in residential construction was exposed to a fall of 11 feet, while working at the leading edge of a second floor window.
